Flex Pack Points expire one year from purchase.

1) The initiation and/or membership fees are NOT refundable.
2) All fees are paid in advance and due on the 15th of each month.

4) Vitamin D Tanning reserves the right to cancel my membership at any time.
5) All prices, fees and draft dates are subject to change without notice.

7) VIP packages are not refundable or transferable.
8) All cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled billing date otherwise one final debit will be made as scheduled.Visit Packages
